Scott,

Review the analysis I did with the Gainsight Client Type sometimes displaying and sometimes not displaying.

Thank you,

Di

We have some training data that is loaded into Gainsight via S3 weekly. 3 separate rules are run on the data. We discovered some weeks back that one of the rules was part of a rule chain and due to the 1st having some failures, the 2nd rule hadn't been running for a few months. Fixing that (with some manual runs for now over the past several weeks), we now have this gap of missing data.

We've decided that it would probably be best to "wipe it clean" and start over, using 2 files with data from:

  • Jan to Dec 2023 (~134MB)
  • Jan to Sep 2024 (~109 MB)

This would bring us current and moving forward, we would just continue with the normal weekly cadence and rule running, starting next week.

Could you walk me through the cleanest/safest way to accomplish the above without breaking something?

Thanks,

  -  Tim  -

Hi Scott,

I’m still working on the rules for our Product Adoption that will be used in our Scorecards. I have a few questions about the results that I’m seeing and how to make sure I have the Relationship Scorecards set up correctly so that they roll up to the Company Scorecard.

Thank you!

Kellie

With our JO email templates, we’re having issues with the previews not matching what is received on the recipient end when performing our test runs. This includes offset/left justification discrepancies (tried various combinations of border widths, but it is inconsistent) and differences in the appearance of the font/font sizes (even though the same font and size is being used).

I’m curious if there is something we’re missing to ensure we have consistency between what is designed and what is received by the recipient.

Thanks,
