I have a CTA built and ready that needs to execute quarterly. However, there is not a quarterly scheduling option. I need help figuring out how to launch it quarterly.

Hi Spencer,

I have a survey jo program that includes an email with variants that I would like sent based on NPS survey response. Scott’s been very helpful in troubleshooting why it’s only sending the default variant: I didn’t use the NPS survey model to set up the program. I’m hoping you can help me with next steps whether that means mapping the response field in the existing program or moving to  nps model.

 

QQ: Also is a lookup field case sensitive? I have a lookup on email address and it doesn’t appear to be working in some instances and am wondering if that could be why.


@spencer_engel I found on the connector job for the data I mentioned there is an option to transform the data to lowercase as it comes in, which is what I want, would this be ok to turn on for a job that’s already running or would that cause problems with the mapping of the job since the email field is a required field, and I assume an identifier?

Ah, very cool. I was thinking there might be something like that. I think you should be good to go scheduling that.
