Hello,

Need help with Filter Logic within Rule:  HP Admin: Capture Open SF Cases into Gainsight.

I am able to capture results for A, B, C and D but when I add advanced logic for E, F, and G, only G: Suspended JIRA Status is removed, but the other 2 JIRA Status’s are not removed, “Removed” and “Done”

Current Filter Logic:

  1. Closed not equal to Yes
  2. Record Type equals Change Request
  3. Record Type equals Payer Review
  4. Record Type equals Payer Support
  5. JIRA Status not equal to Removed
  6. JIRA Status not equal to Done
  7. JIRA Status not equal to Suspended

 

Advanced Logic:

(A AND B AND E) OR (A AND B AND F) OR (A AND B AND G) OR (A AND C AND E) OR (A AND C AND F) OR (A AND C AND G) OR (A AND D AND E) OR (A AND D AND F) OR (A AND D AND G)

I Created a report but for some reason some of the account appear in it twice and I am not able to change that. 
not sure how to adjust the filters/settings to remove the duplications.
