I AM BACK!  ALSO . . . I apparently did not hit the “Create” button a week ago with my post to let everyone know that I was on PTO last week and almost entirely offline -- either that or it timed out for some other reason -- my apologies!

Hi Scott,

I’m trying to find a way to automate a notification to management (CTA or email) whenever the priority of an existing Risk CTA changes. For example, if the Priority of an existing Risk CTA changes from Critical - Churn/Contraction to Low, Medium or High a notification would be sent to the manager of the CSM Team. Is this possible?

Hi Scott! Hoping to get help with an overly complicated DD I set up to find the “true” last modified date on a Success Plan. My ultimate goal is to be able to use this information in a Dashboard to filter on plans that have not been updated in more than 30 days. 

 

This is what I have built, which is filtered down to one plan so I do know that it works:

My DD is working but I only need one row per Success Plan, and I’m getting multiple for each plan because I’m bringing in 4 modification activities. 

 

Also wondering if I need to use this information to write a rule to update a custom field so I can use it in dashboards, etc. Thanks!
