Hi Scott,

This is pretty minor, but I’m looking for the cleanest solution to auto-assign CSM when blank.

Our org assigns CSM in Salesforce when the account meets certain criteria, and leaves it unassigned otherwise. To make it easier for reporting and JOs, we’d like to “assign” a ‘Success Team’ catchall user profile when there isn’t a individual CSM assigned.

But it seems like we’ll need to include this within the Rule that upserts Company/Account info from Salesforce, no? I want to be sure to avoid unnecessary Timeline auto-milestones for CSM changes.

Thanks!

Hi Scott,

Is it possible to build a Journey Orchestrator program that segments contacts based on specific criteria and routes them to designated lists? For example, could a CSV upload trigger a program where contacts are evaluated—those who meet a defined condition go down one path (e.g., left side of a branch), and those who don’t go down another (e.g., right side)?

Ultimately, I’d like contacts to be automatically added to a pre-built segmentation list that can then trigger a separate program. So, if Contact A qualifies for the “Connect User (Early)” list, they would enter the “BTS Connect User (Early)” program and receive the corresponding emails. Likewise, if Contact B falls into the “Connect User (Standard)” list, they’d enter the appropriate “BTS Connect User (Standard)” program. And so on.

Thank you!
