Annnnd . . . queuing up a couple good questions from ​@justo.casablanca to kick things off:

1) Can I have multiple CSMs assigned to the same account? More generally, how to assign multiple users "that have the same role" to the same account? The two primary roles are CSM and CSE, but over time there could be more.

2) I recently spotted some of our users whose Timeline entries are not in English. Our global leader of CS speaks English as their primary language, and so does our CXO. Some of these Timeline entries are notes, others are emails sent via Gainsight Assist. Some Timeline entries are in European languages (German, French, etc.) while others are in Asian languages (at least I assume they are Asian based on the characters entered and the CSM location). How can our leaders self-service what is going on with the customer if the Timeline notes are not in English?
