Curious (may or may not be able to make this one), but around dynamic JO – calculated fields are not being honored in evaluate steps. Is there any documentation or knowledge you can share around differences in participant fields vs calculated fields, and different data types? Source is an event, all of the audience data is strings.

Ex:

  • Evaluate step checks calculated single-select picklist for email communication type, incorrect path is chosen
  • After creating a rule to assign a boolean field value based on the email communication type, participants auto-complete the evaluate
  • Other evaluate step checking different data (account type, etc.) autocomplete without progressing through JO

Two items for now:

  1. I was hoping to get some guidance on properly setting up a rule to run when a particular file (w/ a date format in the name) is added to our S3 location. Sometimes there is a delay with certain files getting uploaded to our S3 location, and this causes problems for our scheduled runs.
  2. In a current JO program, we’re pulling in the full audience daily and those who don’t meet the specific branch criteria (Day X into their contract term) exit the program. As the total qty of participants increases (5k+ a pop each day), I’m curious if at some point something might break, reaching a limit. I’d like to first clarify if there is a limit/threshold, and also sanity check my train of thought on an idea to reduce the daily audience w/ a DD update.
