Hi Scott - I may be a few minutes late to the Office Hours call today, but submitting a question just in case.

 

We’re just over 2 weeks into using AI Follow Up and today I noticed a meeting was logged that showed nothing in the External Attendees field of the activity. There were only Internal Attendees shown. From the documentation, my understanding is that it’s not supposed to log a meeting if there are no external attendees.

 

I contacted the CSM, asking her to confirm the attendees and waiting to hear back from her. I’m trying to determine if it's a reporting issue in the activity vs. AI Follow Up doing something it isn't supposed to do. Either way, this appears to be an issue, so I’m curious if there might be a known bug here.

UPDATE: I heard back from the CSM and she confirmed there was indeed an external attendee that isn’t showing under the activity.
