Hi Scott,

I am just following up on that multiselect value reporting to see if there is any approach there?

Best,
Rishabh

Hi Scott,

Today I’m having challenges with rules engine and JO.

  1. Rules - Help troubleshooting a CTA action that isn’t doing anything but also not giving an error
  2. Rules - In Success Plan action, when I set the status to Closed it updates the plan, but it doesn’t close the associated objectives. I already know from previous experience that Rules cannot directly update the status of an objective CTA to Closed so, how to do this?
  3. JO - Need guidance on building a journey for customer product upgrades

Every X months, I want to check if the customer is on a not-supported version of the product, in which case I want to assign a “Product Upgrade” CTA to the CSM. But if such a CTA already exists and is not closed, don’t create it.

Product family and current version are already stored in relationship. I created a customer xref object that has product family, version, end of support date. I join the relationship and the xref object in a data designer which is the source of my JO audience. The data designer only selects inner joined records where end of support date <= today.

I’m having challenges even with the initial setup:

  • Uniqueness is Company GSID, Relationship Product Family, Relationship Product Version
  • Re-entry criteria?
  • Re-entry wait X days?

Also in the “Create CTA” step of my JO, I’m having problems mapping a dropdown field on the CTA.
