I was unable to join last week so I’m re-posting my question on how to change the colors of a Call-To-Action (funnel) widget on Gainsight Home. 

 

 

Hi Scott, I need some help troubleshooting an external action that creates a Timeline entry. When testing, I’m not getting any errors but the Timeline entry is not getting created either.

Hi (I have never attended office hours, so I am not sure how much information you need)

My CSM, Nicole Belanger, asked me to connect with you to see how to best report on multi-select fields so that the reporting separates the multi-selected values into meaningful data.  Nicole has a detailed use case example that I emailed to her. 

Hello @ahollen -- typically I’m just hoping for enough information that I can try to look up or test an answer before the session (although that’s not always possible) -- so just knowing what you’re wanting in this case is enough to dig into potential options during the session -- see you then!
