Hi Scott -

  1. Hoping to generate a Scorecard report where Measure Groups are the columns and rows are the Company, but Mass Edit report only seems to allow the visualization instead of the actual Measure Group numeric score.
  2. We used to null the CSM field in SFDC for churned accounts, but even with that rule being discontinued, some churned accounts are still showing a null value for CSM in Gainsight (and only Gainsight). I’ve checked the SFDC Account Load rule to ensure churned account data is still being pulled in, but cannot find the reason for CSM field remaining null for churned accounts in Gainsight

Thank you!

Chae

Scott,

Same report added to 3 different C360 Layouts - report is looking for Account GSID → GSID - but receiving different output of columns within the Health Plan and Provider C360 layouts.  The Clinical Layout is the output I am expecting.

Thank you,

Di

Scott,

Capturing NPS from a different source (InMoments) and need guidance on capturing the Average True NPS and Average Recommend Availity.  I am close. :)

Thank you,

Di

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom. Are these OH held on continuum, or is this a one off? Thanks!

@sdrostgainsightcom This is sort of a two part question but I’ll give some context first:

Since the latest release, we are able to associate more than Objective type CTAs to a given Success Plan (yay!). What I’m trying to do, is say “when XYZ conditions are met, generate a Risk CTA and add it to the relevant Renewal Success Plan”.

I can see we can update Success Plan Templates via Rule action, but I don’t know that that would actually work for dynamically created content, but maybe I’m just not thinking creatively enough about what updating a template could mean.

So my questions are:

  1. Is it possible via rule action to create a net new CTA as part of a Success Plan?
  2. If not, is this something the API supports, and do you have a working JSON I could cop that includes creating a non-Objective Type CTA in a Success Plan (and includes a lookup to add an SFDC linked Object).
    1. I have used this doc as a basis but some of it seems incorrect (e.g., POST method didn’t work at all, PUT method got closer), and I’m not sure how to adjust it so any “required fields” for a risk are included.
    2. I think I’m like 85% there but need some assistance crossing the finish line

Scott,

If we have time I have a 3rd question.  One of my reports which runs from a Data Designer is not capturing the Gainsight Client Type of Lifeline, All Client Details report.  It is capturing all of the other Gainsight Client Types - Premier Client, Non Premier Client.

I have verified the Gainsight Client Type picklist has been updated to include Lifeline as well as the SF Admin added Lifeline as an option within Salesforce/Gainsight Client Type.

The Gainsight Client Type - Lifeline sometime appears though and can be sorted within the report - All Client Details report.

Thank you,

Di

@dhastings Have you gone to the Salesforce connector in Gainsight and refreshed the metadata, then re-run your Data Design?

Answered

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom. Are these OH held on continuum, or is this a one off? Thanks!

Answered my own question - looks like weekly. Thanks!

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom , here are my questions for today...

  1. >Activity Attendee] object does not have Created Date] or Modified Date] fields. How should we query this object _incrementally_ via API to get the data into our Azure data lake? Right now our IT team is planning to _fully_ replicate the object on an hourly basis - this could be a lot of API calls and the object is only growing. In sandbox tests it takes ~ 10 minutes to fully replicate it.

We can’t depend on the internal and external attendee fields on the hActivity Timeline] object. The attendee list for some of our activities is large enough that the concatenated strings exceed the max length allowed in an Azure string or blob-type of field.

I have support case # 334568 open with the same question.

  2. Referring back to #1, we’re already replicating cActivity Timeline] incrementally via API every hour. Would it stand to reason that, if on any given hourly run there are no changes to gActivity Timeline], then it’s not necessary to replicate eActivity Attendee] on that particular run either? If the only change to an activity is to add or remove an internal or external attendee, does the dActivity Timeline].iModified Date] get updated.

  3. In past office hours you’ve referred me to the dEmail Raw Events] object for my email metrics. I’ve asked my IT team to replicate this object down to our Azure data lake, but when I went into data management to get the exact API name, I also noticed other objects with “email” in the name so now I wonder, do I need them as well?

    Ao_Emails
    Email_Logs
    email_log_v2
    Opt_Out_Emails

According to this article, Email_Logs has been replaced by email_log_v2, but what about the other objects?

Email Log V2 Object - Gainsight Inc.

Hi @patricia_ -- yes, I run US Admin Office Hours 2x/week -- Tuesdays at the time shown here on the main post, and Thursdays, but 2 hours earlier.

If you subscribe to this channel (Meetings and Office Hours) you’ll get notified when I post the new thread for each session, as well as my EMEA colleagues posting for EMEA sessions, and for other upcoming Gainsight-hosted meetings as well.

Best,

Scott Drost

Hi Scott - I would really appreciate some advice with 2 transforms within a scorecard rule. The issue is that the "Feature count per month" is not returning any data and I’m not sure why or what to change within the transforms.

Thank you!

Kellie

@sdrostgainsightcom Happy news: I got my regular CTA API call working and was able to test creating a non-Objective CTA via Rule within a Success Plan and it worked!

It also worked with adding a linked Object from SFDC. Turns out the “store” value for that is “SFDC”.

Still not sure if we can use a regular rule action to do the above, but wanted to share that I got my answer.
