We have a request from the business to provide them a report on how long CTA's stay in each status. We have not been able to think of a way to do this in our environment. My colleague reached out to Gainsight Support and they replied that currently there is no way to track the change of status (duration of status). Curious if you know of a way to pull this data? I will join the meeting tomorrow.

Hi Scott,
I’m trying to set a User Filter on a Dashboard which I haven’t had trouble with before. I believe there is some mapping that I need to perform because this is the first time I’ve set a User Filter on utilizing this user field. I'm hoping for some guidance on how to prepare this mapping, so that I can utilize a this specific User field as the filter on a Dashboard.

Rules created to load different Enterprise Accounts into Gainsight based on Gainsight Client Type, Health Plan, Trading Partners
Some Dropdown fields were originally setup as a Single Select may now need to be setup as Multi Select. All data for multiple Enterprises not coming over to Gainsight Company.
Other Rule loads the corresponding Company Type or Company Type Picklist, Health Plan or Trading Partners
Single Select: Company Type dropdown list (standard) Health Plan, Trading Partners
Single select: Customer Type Picklist dropdown (custom) Health Plan, Trading Partners
Multi select dropdown (custom) Gainsight Client Type: Health Plan, Trading Partners
Does multi-select dropdowns need to be created to capture data which used to be captured from a single-select dropdown?

Hi Scott,
I’m working on an advanced program for a post-implementation survey and I am struggling with the creating a logic statement in the evaluate step that acts as I expect it to.
My goal is to use use the “Evaluate” step branch off survey responses based on two survey questions.
Where I’m Struggling: The second branch is evaluating a radio question with 3 questions and 4 answers (Red, Yellow, Green, or N/A). My goal at this step is to find submissions where any of the 3 questions are Red or Yellow. The only way I’ve been able to get the logic to work is to write it with the Operator as “Not In” Green or N/A statement. While this does branch out Red and/or Yellow Responses, it is also pulling out responses with Green AND N/A. I have tried every possible logic combination I can think of to correct this and nothing has worked.
Hoping I’m to close too this and I am missing something easy.

How do I update Company Status mapping? We use a custom Account Type drop-down field on the Company object, so I’ve updated that to include a recent addition (‘Debook’) by our RevOps team, but I’m not sure how I map those types to Company Status (i.e. on C360, a ‘Debook’ Account Type should not show as ‘Active’).

Hi Scott, We have case data in a custom object that could contain PHI and we need to restrict who has full access to that data. I’m in Salesforce mode and thinking I could do that through permission bundles, but that doesn’t seem possible. Do you have another idea? Thanks!

I’m trying to create rules for our Scorecard that will compare the monthly avg PX feature name usage per user (filtered on module and CS Tier) to the averages of the previous 2 months. I looked at the rule from last week, “GS CSA Test Ticketing Tier 1 Custom Views Visits” but I’m not seeing the date filters to use. I think I figured out how to compare the averages to the previous month but would really appreciate confirming I’m setting it up correctly and updating it to compare to the previous 2 months.

Hi Scott,
I was able to test out my post-implementation survey using calculated fields and I’m 75% of the way there.
Unfortunately, the evaluate step is filtering out Survey Responses at the 2nd step -Mid Risk CTA when they should be continuing on to the final step and no further actions are taken.
I will keep an eye out for the next Office Hours
