Can we walk through merging Salesforce data and the timeline dataspace into a new MDA object via a bionic rule together? The end goal is to have a new space for reporting purposes that will combine a specific salesforce field and a specific Timeline activity type.

NPS set up, want to add a conditional wait after 9 days of the first email send before sending a follow up.
Is it okay to have two NPS questions on seperate email templates in the same program?

Also, we had chatted about the formula fields in reporting release solving for an issue with subtracting negative values, but that doesn't appear to be the case and I would love to look at this with you again now that the release is out.
Yes, that's fine. If you use either the NPS model or Generic Survey model in programs, you can include your NPS survey in both the initial survey email as well as the reminder survey email.
If there is time I'd like to work out some issues I'm having Merging Data in a Bionic Rule.
I'd like to understand how to review the Analytics of a Program in Journey Orchestrator. I have conditions that will remove a user from the Program but I cannot confirm when someone is removed why they were actually removed. Thanks

I have a quick follow up from your help during office hours last week, please! I was finally able to test and complete the rule you helped me with to deal with negative user license values this morning. When I ran the rule, I ended up with three results for every account - all the same (and correct) in reporting for some reason. Did I miss/forget adding an additional task to join the data, perhaps?
