Hey Spencer, so I've got a few questions mostly pertaining to blocks our CSMs are having adopting gainsight vs. normal salesforce.





1. Our US CSMs use Cirrus to track their emails in Salesforce, we know about BCC to timeline but they would prefer Cirrus. Is it possible to load these email Activities into timeline?





2. Can we sync timeline events (that are not tasks) to salesforce? (meetings, calls, etc.)





3. Instead of NPS we use our own standard called the Happy Index based on our 4 smileys. Is it possible to customize the Survey building tool so that a question can be asked, and for the response it would show 4 buttons with our smiley graphics?





4.how many emails can I send in programs at once?

We want to generate a report that contains the Health Score when the Renewal Opportunity was escalated on the account. We have snapshots enabled but what we really need is be able to pull the score of the snapshot nearest and before the escalation date (defined on the opportunity) because escalating the renewal will drop the overall health score.
