Hi. I’m trying to create some rules to build internal CTA’s (not customer based per say).

 

Goal: We have a series of repeatable tasks that scale for all of our customers and I want to build CTA’s to populate in my CSM’s cockpit to follow some playbooks (Update notes after host office hours, build monthly comms, etc.).

 

We have a customer in our system named “reflektive” which is our company. I’m try to assign all these customer agnostic CTA’s to Reflektive. I keep failing. Here is a copy of the last attempt. Its working.. but not entirely. I’m confident its user error! I look forward to chatting with you!

Hi Scott, 

I have a question regarding a report data after Horizon Analytics upgrade, the existing filters are returning different results


We utilize the Parent / Child hierarchy within Salesforce, and would like to understand options for Scorecard configurations so that we can measure

  • Child health
  • Parent health, based on a rollup of the children’s metrics

For example, we may have many Child accounts / Companies which represent several geographic locations all belonging to a Parent entity, also represented as an account / Company. We aren’t especially concerned with a drop in usage or health at any individual location, but we would be interested in a drop in usage or health in aggregate across the locations combined.

Note: Our use case doesn’t fit well with Business Modeler / Relationships, so seeking options that involve the SFDC Parent / Child hierarchy.


Hi Scott! I wont be able to join until 2:30pm ET today. I have a couple questions regarding logging customer emails as timeline activities. The Gainsight Email Plug-In has not been approved by our IT team so we are exploring the work around. I’d also like to discuss where to start when creating CTAs based on customer health reports. 

 


Looking for a way to provide a link in a report or dashboard (perhaps through Data Designer to link it to additional data) to the actual survey response that was received.
