Trying to configure https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Rules_Engine/Admin_Guides/Load_to_Person_Model_using_Rules_Engine_Action_Type 

 

We have relationships setup (to my knowledge it’s fully configured, I wasn’t really brought in or kept up to speed on the initial configuration even though I’m the one managing it - so something could be missing) and I’m trying to include relationship person in the config. I don’t appear to have any records in the Relationship Contact SFDC object, though, and because the merge is supposed to retain common records, this of course results in a rule that is updating 0 records… which is not particularly useful.

I’m not sure if I’m misconfiguring the above or if there is a prerequisite we’re missing for that. I can’t really find any information on the “relationship contact” object anywhere in your documentation to try and get more information on it so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Hi, 

I need help with my email program. I created a powerlist with 6 test recipients and I can’t get the first test email to send out. I’m not sure if I need to clear the participants from a bounce list (where is that?) or if they are prevented from entering the program twice (does failure/bouncing count as entering a program for the first time?). Either way, I need to fix this so I can actually see the test email and click the link inside it so see if the rest of the program works. 


I’m having trouble with building the “NPS Trend Over Time” report.
