Need help troubleshooting a rule error message: Custom field contains Invalid value {null} for EMAIL data type


Hi Scott - 

I’m double-dipping here since I posted this question in the Community yesterday, but no responses so far. I had a CTA trigger a playbook, and it correctly assigned the playbook to the CSM based on my owner field setup in the rule. However, all of the tasks within the playbook were assigned to the default owner I’d set in the rule for the CTA.

What’s stumping me is that I have all playbook tasks set up to assign to the Company>CSM, so I’m not sure why what happened happened. My stakeholder mentioned he noticed it has happened at least one other time, although I’m unsure of the details (same or different CSM, for example).

I’ve manually updated those tasks to the correct owner in the CSM which was simple enough, but for the future I want to make sure I’m not missing a setting somewhere for ownership of either CTAs or playbooks/tasks.

@sdrostgainsightcom I am seeing an issue with the success plans adding a template to the objectives section, shouldn't take but a minute bit want to see if GS is aware of any bugs or maybe there is something I am missing...thanks

I’m looking for some help on adding an object as a lookup in the company object so that it appears as an option when adding filters to a dashboard or report.
