Hi Scott,

I have a data science team who are analyzing timeline entry in Gainsight. They are trying to pull the data into a data warehouse, but they need to know the naming convention that timeline is connected to in Salesforce.

Is there a way to know which timeline object is associated with which custom object in Salesforce? Sometimes the naming convention is not 1:1

hey scott...I need some help getting some of the fields to show up on success snapshot 2.0 -

Hello @ayakushevich  -- let me know if the change we made to your data designer allows the CS Manager to be added to the global dashboard filter we were looking at.  if not, I can do a little more testing on my side.  Thanks!

As promised, @AgassiTran -- here’s the link to the SFDC Edition Object Glossary - shows the primary objects that are part of the Gainsight application, and whether they sit on the SFDC or MDA side of the fence.  Clicking into the object names takes you do more details about that object.

Hope that helps!

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom, I did tested it and I am able to apply the CSM Manager filter after the change.

Thank you very much!
