Have a question regarding a duplicate NPS CTA being created, need to understand how to avoid this in the future 


Hi Scott, I’d like a quick walkthrough of how Gainsight handles email opt-out settings for operational emails specifically.  We recently did a CSAT send and saw some emails get failed due to global opt out list reason.  I’ve reviewed the relevant article and am not 100% clear yet.

Hi Scott, I’m testing some new health score rules engine rules. The tasks run fine and pass but then the actions have 0 pass and 0 fail. I’m doing this as a test run as we aren’t live with the health score but I want to be able to see the distribution of customers with the new health score measures. Is that possible with a test run?

I would like to know we can get a Salesforce object from a Zuora managed package into Gainsight.

Hi Scott - I would love some help with creating a pivot in Data Designer.  No Matter what I seem to do - I seem to get the same count of records in each case.  I understand the concept and have read through the help article - just feel like I am missing 1 thing to make this work. 

If we have time, I have a specific problem - I am trying to test if a customer has a mix of products.  I think the pivot will play a role in this solution unless you have a better idea:

If a customer has product A and (Product B &/or Product C) - I want the Min End Date of Subscription end for Product A.   As I type this - I think this may just mean if they have A, then get Min End Date of A….

If a customer DOES NOT HAVE Product A but has (Product B and/or Product C) - I want the Min End Date of Subscriptions between Products B and C.
