Hi Scott, I would need help to create the Weekly Report (related list) to continue from Tuesday.

Hi Scott,

Can you help us trouble shoot for when JO didn’t send an email.  
I need help to set up an action to clear the scores from the rule we started on last week.  Also I need to understand associated records on timeline and how I can use that for filtering, we are so confused by the timeline logic of what appears where and hoping we can use assoicated records to help.  Also, if you have a configuration example of creating a closed objective CTA into a milestone, that would be awesome.


I am trying to create a request end point to access data.

Would I need to go to salesforce admin to help me figure out how to complete the details below? Is there a way to find this out by myself?

Hey Scott - Need help linking an object to a CTA Creation Rule.

Hi Scott, I’d love to get your help with creating a rule that generates a Success Plan 180 days after another Success Plan is closed OR at the Next Date of Service (a field we have on the Company object). Whichever is sooner. Also, we don’t want any Success Plan to generate if there’s already an open one. Thanks!

Emails aren’t firing on Journey Orchestrator. Even after Syncing the Participants. Should be a Simple fix
