Rules Engine: Trying to figure out how to build a dataset so that it knows yesterday the value was X, but today (when the rule runs) it is Y

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom , I wanted to follow-up on the NPS 2.0 customer level calculation feature. It’s been a busy week so i’m still working with Gainsight Support on the Service NOW Year to Date data.

Hi @jaw - I checked on the Timeline thing we discussed. It is currently not possible to leave out the attendees, status, etc. when emailing an entry.
