Unfortunately, we have to cancel today’s Admin Office Hours session (overlapping presentations mean my colleague is unavailable to cover, and an additional conflict has come up on my end).
I will add responses to questions already on the thread - and if possible, I will schedule a session for tomorrow and post here.
Otherwise, Spencer will be back on here Tuesday, and I will be here next Thursday per usual schedule.

We recently began using Surveys 2.0 (used a third party tool prior) and I want to know the cleanest way to sync the survey result records back to Survey Feedback object in SFDC. Would this be via a rule to load to the sfdc object or is there a built-in option?
Good Morning, I will have to join half an hour late, but I have questions about Adoption Explorer. I’m hoping to use it to track some data that’s 1-many records per account. The data also isn’t using data it’s financial data. I’d like to see if this is possible. It would be very helpful for me to use Adoption explorer vs rules to build the data.
PLEASE NOTE - I just updated the main post to let people know that today’s Admin Office Hours session has to be cancelled. I’m pasting the info below in this reply as well so that @toddmassey and @ml2019 see this - I’ll try to provide some general answers to your questions above tomorrow, but if not, we’ll be back to our regular Tues/Thurs schedule next week.

I’m trying to create a custom multi select filed to insert into a timeline activity. I already created the category with the picklist values. but it’s not showing up in the list of available categories…
