Hi Scott, 

CSAT JO scheduling, my understanding is that we can have the CSAT survey sent based on a event  (Closed Case), is that true.

  • Recommendation, best practices for sending and receiving (when to log?)
  • Tracking conflicts with MixMax (workaround?)
  • Email signature in Gainsight templates

Reports

  • Permissions for folders 

Hi Scott, I’m referencing the Risk Escalation Sightline Vault configurations to build some reports for a dashboard. There is a report built off of Activity Timeline Object. In the filters it includes Status = Active but this field doesn’t exist on the Activity Timeline Object. Do you know what field I’m supposed to pull in for that?

Hi Scott,

I need a little guidance in setting up JO programs for NPS that involves asking different associated questions depending on how far along their contract is. The variables are:

  1. 6 Months from Renewal Date with 1 additional question with NPS
  2. NPS questions without additional for all other times (semi-annual approach)

Variable that makes this difficult is that contract length varies. They can either be 1 or 3 years, so timing 5 regular NPS and 1 with the additional question NPS for 3 year contracts and 1 Regular NPS and 1 with the additional question for single year contacts seems impossible. Any help would be appreciated.


Hi Scott - 

I manually uploaded JO Program Participants via CSV on 4/25, but it seems they are all “stuck” in the Review stage (vs Active). Do you know if there is something I need to adjust for the Program to actually kick-off for them, or what the standard length of this Review stage is?

Scott, I have a question in regards to reports. 

Our NPS/Integration stopped working last night (already opened up an urgent ticket)

 

In the meanwhile, i’m going to be putting them in a google sheet. Does Data Designer pull “live” data when we publish the report? Can I refresh and get live survey responses?
