Hi Scott,

Does Gainsight Survey 2.0 capture which device the customer complete or partially completed the survey on? i.e. Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet?

I’m a new GS Admin taking over an old instance (SFDC) and we have both Person and Contacts tabs in our c360.  I’m not entirely sure why you would do this.  Do you have any ideas?

Hello:

In our old SFDC Gainsight instance, we were able to export the account hierarchy per brand to an Excel spreadsheet, which was helpful to CSMs when they needed to make a grand change to the brand (i.e. Locations X, Y, and Z are downgrading, Locations A, B, C are upgrading, and Locations M, N, O are cancelling).

Is there a way for the CSM to do this in NXT directly from the C360? Or is that functionality no longer supported and we’ll have to create a report to find this info?
