Hello! I am looking for guidance on how to leverage a conditional wait to evaluate information in SFDC, which is not present at the time of the initial sync. Originally I had created the conditional wait using a “participant field,” however, I realized that the CW only evaluated information that it pulled during the sync. I think leveraging a Calculate Field instead is what I need to do.

My use case is -

Kick off email sent (contains link to a form) > Customer hits conditional wait >

If customer completes form within kick off email, the Comments field on the implementation project within SFDC will be populated > Customer will receive Next Steps email.

If customer does not complete form within kick off email, the Comments field will be NULL > Customer receives reminder email to complete form.

Hey Spencer, using one program, is it possible to send the initial email to one contact role and a second email to a different contact role if the first email bounces. If not, what is the best way to build a participant list off of bounced emails.

Thanks!
