Hi Scott,

I have a questions regarding Company timeline activities. I am looking at an example and it looks like on a report from the Activity Timeline only Company timelines are captured, if an activity is logged on a relationship timeline it doesn’t reflect on my report.

Also trying to understand why a JO participant would fail at the Send Email step, The error just says: “Unable to sent email at step Survey Email”

Right now we have an Onboarding CSAT survey going out through a JO program. The mgr of that department is asking if we can have the Onboarding Specialist manually send out the email with a link, but still gather all the analytics.

Hello there!

We are trying to build a participant query to include contacts from accounts based on what Salesforce assets that account has active. Our goal is to exclude accounts that have one particular Salesforce asset name. The challenge is that because accounts can have multiple assets, we need a way to exclude the account from being included in the survey if just one of their many assets have a specific name.

There’s a way to do so in SQL, grouping on id and using a HAVING expression to count the records that contain a string and excluding those (this Stack Overflow article explains the exact type of query we’re trying to replicate) https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52477943/returning-rows-with-the-same-id-but-exclude-some-on-second-column.

Could you share any suggestions on how we might accomplish this?

Hi Scott,

I am having trouble mapping my survey (non anonymous) to the email template. I am using email assist and adding the template into a playbook as a task.

Thanks!

Hey Scott,

Have a question in regards to a dashboard report, some data isn’t showing for one CSM but is showing for others and I can’t find the reason why

Scott, it was a data designer issue. We should be good to go on that! Thanks as always
