Hey Scott - Need help with yet another CTA build. Wondering how I can aggregate the alert at the account level and show a list of the cases triggering the alert.


Created all 4 of the Modified Journey Orchestrated Query’s. Now its time to set up the Email mapping again. This is the last step for us to begin Testing


Custom pick list fields, whose field names end with something like “__gc”… where are the actual picklist values stored on the back end? It doesn’t appear to be in the “DA Picklist” object.


Hi Scott! I’ve got an Opportunity in Gainsight that isn’t updating with the correct fields from Salesforce. I’ve looked through the connector filters and it seems like the updates should be pulled through. I do have a ticket open with GS Support right now, but I have a training session with my CSMs this afternoon and want to try and get this resolved ASAP.


Need help with building a link to a C360 or dashboard that I can send in a report via JO.  Posting this to get update to Community Post.
