Hi Scott,

I have a question on Timeline activities that sync over from SF.  In SF the task has a Status field which allows for a task to have different stages such as In Progress.  Can that field be brought into GS and then updated on either side?

Thanks,

Rhonda

Seeing if there is a way to link an object to a CTA after it has already been created.

Can fields in an object other than Company be displayed and edited via a tab in C360?

For example, if I wanted a specific success plan’s fields to be more easily accessible and editable, could I present the fields from a single success plan in a C360 tab and also make them editable in the same tab?

Hey there @Chris Mudd -- I assume you mean in bulk via API or Rules -- unfortunately, no, but if this is a one-off backwards patch for associations you want to make, you can probably create a CSV for Data Ops to load to the Activity Associated Records object.

Not 100% confident on that, but should be able to do it for a one-off.

Hi Scott, adding this late but if we have time would love some help mapping fields for a CSV upload for NPS Surveying. Thanks!
