Hi Scott, I have two questions 

Is there a way to delete a NPS survey response in Gainsight or exclude it from our reporting? 

Need some advice on the best way to build a report showing the 7 top brands of my customers. 

 


When a CTA is assigned does the Assignee get an email. I have some CSM getting CTA reminder emails and others not. Is there something on the back end that I’m missing?

I want to create some reporting for CSM leadership on how often CSMs are using various success plan templates to create client success plans. 

Is it possible to do so and if yes, what object do I need to reference?

Hi Scott - Need help with a JO program query. It’s not bringing in participants for some reason.


OK @TurkOfAges -- yes, you can report on Success Plan templates - I have to snap a series of screenshots to show you, and it IS using the Associated Cockpit Records table, but wanted to ping you now and tell you that it is on the way!


Here’s the how-to for reporting on Success Plan Template, @TurkOfAges  :

 

1st step: create your report on the “Cockpit Associated Records” object and then click on the “Resolve WHOID/WHATID” icon that appears (the 2 overlapping circles):

 

 

2nd Step: Select the “Cockpit Template” object as the object you want to “see” when the “Linked Object” field is populated with a Template ID:

 

 

3rd Step:  Add a couple fields to the “Show” area so you can filter, and then, because the “Cockpit Templates” object stores template names for Success Plans AND CTAs, filter for Success Plan templates as shown.

 

Hopefully this is enough info for you to get at the correct information that you want, and then you can start refining to get accurate counts by Template for each CSM (watch out for the gotcha where there is 1 Associated Cockpit record for EACH objective that the Template creates, so you will have to count by the Success Plan ID (each unique ID) to get the right count of Success PLans.
