I recently implemented the Support Solution from Sightline Vault and I’ve been working on validating the assets and making sure everything is working for our processes. When reporting on the Case Object in Gainsight, I only see 4 of the 5 Case Handler Types that we use within Zendesk. Specifically, we aren’t getting any cases with the Case Handler Type “cs_enablement”. There aren’t any filters in the Zendesk Connector that would restrict this Case Handler Type. I looked at the Activity Logs for the Case Sync Job and there were a couple failures. The logs showed that the failures were due to the value being invalid. Here is the error I’m getting:

Can you help me troubleshoot why only this case handler type is failing on the Case Sync Job?

Hi Scott, 

 

I am testing out a Home configuration in my sandbox and the summary ribbon is acting weird. Currently showing 0 attributes/ reports and I am not able to click the gear to edit the layout. I was adding reports to the ribbon and taking out attributes not useful for our purposes. I had saved it the changes I made, but now showing nothing there.
