Hi Scott,

-I have a field in SFDC that is a datatype of Long Text Area (32768). I wanted to take a substring of the field but the substring function in the Horizon Rule doesn’t recognize the field so I can’t pick it to create a substring. Is there a limitation to what field types substring will use?

-We recently implemented PX and started importing the data. The usage tab was created by the PX Implementation team but the user here is getting a 403 Access Denied. They can access other tabs though on the C360. Is this a permissions issue?

Hello @Sean_Hebert -- didn’t have a chance to follow up yesterday as I didn’t get a fast answer to the question “what permissions need to be assigned to end users so they can see the PX dashboard in Adoption Explorer”.

I’m getting some conflicting answers on my end from the question last night, so if you can open a ticket and share your access, and have the end user who was getting the permission share their access with support as well, we can dig into it a bit -- I’d really appreciate it.

Ask them to CC me on the ticket when you open it and let me know what the ticket number is - thanks!

I’ve opened ticket 265112. I guess we will see if there is a different solution other than granting permissions to Adoption Explorer just to view a dashboard.

Thanks @Sean_Hebert -- they added me to the ticket and I just clarified the situation/issue with them to ensure that we get to the heart of the matter -- and if there is a bug that currently requires that permission for end users to view in 360, we recognize it as a bug and get it fixed in the near future so you don’t have to permanently permission the end users that way.
