Hi Scott,

We previously talked about the rule we have that updates the activity record in SF after it has been created.  Many records are failing.  In digging into those failures, the majority are related to triggers in SF.  Is it possible to adjust the batch size of the job within a rule?

I need help with using specific tasks in salesforce to create Timeline Activities.  Ideally updates, but open to anything.  Here is what I am think of or have tried and the blockers:

  1. Timeline Sync - seems like it will bring in all Tasks, which is like drinking from a fire hydrant
  2. Rule, Load to Activities - only allows Milestones, which can only be created once per day and there are use cases when more than 1 Task is added in SFDC
  3. JO to create emails that log to Timeline - not ideal as many of these are calls and I would need to generate new emails for each item in SFDC
  4. Rule & External Actions - I think this is going to be the only solution and what I need your help building.  I already have a rule identifying the tasks, but will need help with the actual text in the External Action and the Actions in the Rule.

I would love help creating a report that shows me the average time it takes for customers to complete Onboarding. And if there is time there are a few reports that aren’t showing data on the C360 reports tab, it would be great to better understand why.

Thanks @sdrostgainsightcom ! Do you know how I can bring in last updated date of each individual sentiment? I see that there’s a field for the CSM Sentiment Updated Date generally, but I’m wanting to pull in fields for the VAT SSA Sentiment Updated Date, VAT MX Sentiment Updated Date, etc. I looked through the attached article and didn’t see a mention of a date. I can always join Tuesday’s office hours too if this would be better to explain over a call.
