I have question about the Survey Participant object we talked about Tuesday. It does get me the response rate that I was looking for...YAY! I thought it would be able to help me with another thing I'm trying to solve which is where to find the survey link when it was sent via Email Assist CTA. If the survey is sent through the JO, I can find the Survey URL in the AO Participants object. My RMs then can copy that link and resend it to someone who hasn't responded yet. The RMs want to be able to copy the link and resend it to people who initially received it through the CTA email but have not responded. I can see the participants who were sent the link via the CTA in the Survey Participants object but the Survey URL field is blank for those participants. It is present for those who were sent the survey link via the JO. Is there anywhere I can find the Survey URL for the other participants?
Thanks,
Rhonda
Hello,
I am trying to build a report that shows Weekly Active and Monthly Active user logins (both fields we bring into Gainsight from our product) by User Team (custom field on people object) but the user logins are showing as NULL in my report. Hoping to get some help with this if possible and formatting help with journey orchestrator email templates if we have time.
Thanks!
Hi Scott,
I’ve got a Data Design built that is pulling all of the Timeline Activities with an External Attendee created in the past 30 days, then doing a count of those, merging the result with our full list of active accounts, and finally created a boolean to indicate whether a given account did or did not have a relevant activity in the past 30 days. This is fed into a report on a dashboard that our managers review to see which accounts have and have not had this type of touchpoint in the past 30 days.
The ask from the managers is to be able to adjust the timeframe on that report as needed, since some groups are interested in seeing the data for the past 90 days or past 180 days as opposed to past 30. I cannot see a way to make any type of adjustable field or filter for this dataset that would allow a single report on it to be able to switch between data that meets the criteria for the past 30, 60, or 90 days.
I’m curious if this is even possible, or if I’ll ultimately just need to create separate versions of the report for each of the timeframes.
Thanks!
Hi Scott,
I'm looking to leverage the Goals API to associate a CTA to an existing Customer Goal. I've tried making the call using the sample request body from the support article; updating the record details and dissociation to association, however, I get a 403 error. I've also tried modified the request body to include the mandatory fields outlined in the parameters for the Update call. This, too, results in 403. I'm using the PUT method and the CTA type I'm attempting to associate is Activity.
Attached is sample of the request body I’m using.
Can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks!
Hello all (and particularly for @rho_ran_experian ‘s request): to find the 2-minute How-To videos that are starting to appear here (I think about 10 different ones have been posted):
Search the community for this string: #2minHowTo
The post that launched this effort is here:
I’ll try to work up something about Unions in the coming week or so but hoping that the walkthrough (the admittedly brief and confusing walkthrough) sets you up to experiment with it a little in DD to figure out what you can do with it!
