Hey Scott -- I’m trying to work through a Data Designer that shows me percent of accounts that have had a touchpoint logged by a CSM quarter over quarter. Where I’m getting caught up isn’t with those with a touchpoint, but showing those without a touchpoint in a given quarter. Hoping you can help me think that through -- thanks!

Hi Scott. I have a question regarding the global search at the top of the Gainsight screen. Can it be configured to display more than the account name? We have accounts that are named identically but are country-specific. So we would want the search results overlay to display customer name + country + coverage segment.

I also have a question about the interaction between success plans “Plan Info” tab and the rest of C360. More in the meeting.

Hi Scott,

Wanted to follow up regarding a global pause on rule and data designer scheduling. Support came back and said that there is no way to do it globally. Support did remind me that I can set the status of the rule/rule chain to inactive, and it will retain the scheduling. The Data designers have a similar option deactivate. This will work for what I need since my main concern was losing the schedule and having to recreate it.

Ah - yes, thanks for circling back, @Sean_Hebert - as we talked the use case through more on Tuesday, I began to think that we’d only be able to do “all or nothing” - basically, shut off EVERYTHING in your tenant for a couple days, which would’ve meant that using manual rules to update to your new key values, etc. wouldn’t work.  Anything else would be you on the manual side.  Glad the schedule preservation question was address though!
