Hey Scott - I’m working on setting up our Timeline to Event sync, which we’ve talked about in the past. The thing that’s hanging me up now is trying to associate multiple people with a single activity. I’m afraid this just might not be possible (I believe I tackled a similar custom problem a year or two ago), but I figured I would at least show up and brainstorm with you.

Hi Scott,

I have 2 things I would like help with.

  1.  Is there a way to set logic in a rule so another CTA will only be created if the SFDC field was updated after the last CTA was fired.  The CTA is based on utilization.  Once it is fired and the process to increase the package is handed to sales, the RM will not need to do anything further and would close the CTA.  However, it may take several months before a new package is purchased and the contracted amount is changed in SF.  I don’t want another CTA to fire during the contracting period.
  2. I have some orphan records in GS on a custom object named Account Support Team Member because the original SFDC record that initiate the creation of the record in GS was subsequently deleted from SFDC.  I would like to know how to address this.

Thanks,

Rhonda

Hi Scott,

Need some help figuring out why a duplicate CTA was created within two days. Also have a question about a rule execution error.

Hi Scott,

My question is Scorecard related. Can you confirm that when either an automated or a manual measure do not have a score, that the weight is distributed to other measure on the Scorecard? I’ve seen it happen with automated measures but am unsure if manual measures are handled the same way.

Hi Scott,

I’m trying to report on the NPS Survey Response object to get a count of the number of responses with Comments. I tried to do a count on the Comment field, but since it’s a Rich Text Area datatype, it can’t be used for aggregation.

I’m trying to build a custom object that is populated with some numeric or boolean value that says there’s a comment, and then merging this object with the NPS Survey Response object in Data Designer, but I wanted to see if there is alternative way to get a count on that field that doesn’t require so much of a work around.

Hello Scott,

I’m working on a program based on support case analysis. The goal is to include participants who have submitted 2 or more cases in the last 90 days.

To accomplish this, I’m counting Subjects (case subjects) in Participant Sources in order to count how many tickets a participant has submitted.

I can’t figure out how to filter on that count though.

Thanks!
