1. I am trying to add more than one product relationship and when running separate rules to load it is overriding the existing Relationships I have on the company.

Hey Scott - I’m starting the process of figuring out our relationship setup and would like your advice. I promise I won’t hold you to anything, and I’ll also keep it brief, as I know this kind of thing can open up quite the wormhole. My main challenge is that we’re trying to build our relationships at a level that does not necessarily have a clear identifier. I think we’ll have to create a custom mapping table, but I’m still trying to figure out how exactly to go about building that. Hopefully this will make more sense when I show you some sample data.

Hi @jberberichpaycor --  might be a simple fix on this - if your Relationships are differentiated by the name of the Relationship, or by some other field on Relationship, my guess is that one of the rules writing to Relationships is not using Name, or something additional, as one of the identifiers. 

Maybe that gives you a direction to go in, but if not, we should be able to diagnose pretty quickly tomorrow!

Hi Scott,

I am having permissions issues with a link GS inserts into a survey program CTA that says “Click here to view details of the participant journey”.  My users get errors that say “No Participant data available.” or “Not Authorized to perform operation” when they click the link.  Initially they couldn’t access the link because the Preferred Notification Source was not set to SF.  You helped me with that.  

I’ve been told by support users needed Program Permissions which I gave, then they told me to add Navigation - Survey which I did,  and now have been told to add Navigation -  JO Permissions.  I’d like to know which if any of the sub-permissions are needed and what giving all those permissions opens up to the user.  The documentation isn’t very descriptive.

Hey Scott - Can you please help me get documentation on field tracking? I don’t know if you remember but I want to set up an automation based on a formula field changing from one status to another. Also, I want to know if I can use this same tracker to add accounts in Gainsight.
