Is it possible to build a report off the “Account Scorecard History” table to show scorecard trending on weekly granularity that references the Red/Yellow/Green labels as opposed to the raw scores?

Hi,

I just had a question about JO > Conditional Wait functions. I just want to go over my logic to make sure the reminder emails are sent and how stringent is the URL function.

Hello - I have a few questions as I’m working on moving our NPS survey from another tool to Gainsight.

  1. During Implementation, our integrator created the Contact/Person load rule. In the setup, he merges the contacts SFDC Account ID with company to get the company GSID, but when he created the Load to People action, for company person, he did the lookup via the SFDC Account ID vs just using the Company GSID as the lookup even though it's available from the merge in the setup. Why wouldn’t I use the Company GSID as the lookup? I'm re-writing the rule, so just wondering why I wouldn't just use the Company GSID instead of the SFDC Account ID for company person.
  2. With the migration, I’m uploading NPS history from our prior tool. If someone had already unsubscribed from the survey with our prior tool, can I import that as well to ensure they don’t start getting it again?
  3. I want the users to get the survey once every 6 months, but users will have varying start dates. I’m having it start 6 months after they first have logged into our software. What is the best way to do that with the JO program? Initially, I’m assuming I’ll need to use a “Next Survey Field” based on the last time they got it from our prior tool, but ongoing after that, do I just re-calculate that field to be 6 months out ongoing?
