We send welcome and renewal emails through Journey Orchestrator as well as a monthly newsletter and various triggered surveys. We currently have the option to opt-out of customer success emails and survey emails. We want to ramp up on tech touches and send more sophisticated email chains based on activity and events. As a result, we want to give participants the option to opt out of specific email chains while still staying subscribed to generic emails. How do I configure this within the journey? We also have a rule that updates SFDC contact records when participants opt out. How would creating additional opt-out options affect that rule?
