Hello @lyne_therien -- wanted to transfer your question that you added to the Tuesday thread a little earlier today - just got this thread up for tomorrow’s session:

 

I was hoping to pick someone’s brain about sending automatically different thank you emails when users respond to a csat survey, based on the score they give us (detractor, passive, promoter). I have a few ideas but not sure which one’s the best.

Scott, I’d like to please review Scorecard Rules for duplicating measures from the company level to the relationship if you are hosting tomorrow, and able to please add that as a question to cover in tomorrow’s session if one is being held.

Hi Scott,

I am having issues with the person object. So there are some accounts with that uses the same email address in their SFDC contact but listed on different account. For my person object, it looks like it is attaching the wrong SFDC contact ID (prob b/c they share the same email address). Looking to see how I can separate them and tie the right contact ID to the person.

Looked at the rule and it looks like only the email is allowed to be used as an identifier. I wanted to use the account ID as well, but it is greyed out/not an option.


I need help with

  • removing 211 records from the “Unified Scorecard Fact - Company” table. They were created using a scorecard that no longer applies to those accounts and they are throwing off my number of Red Accounts. I can’t seem to be able to do this in Data Management or Data Operations. 
  • Best practices for updating Scorecard Measures as some data will change daily while other data sets will update only Monthly.
  • Customer 360  - Search Companies - Is there a way to limit (filter) the accounts that will result in the list? For example automatically filtering out Churned accounts.

I have couple clarification questions regrading NPS Survey. 

Can I make the Comment section darker or more bold to make sure customers are not missing it. 

Can I make comments mandatory for detractors only and not for all responders. 


Scott, I wanted to clarify my understanding of where the differences are in access between GS_Admin, GS_Admin with Super User flag YES and GS_Standard license types.  I’ve reviewed the documentation but just want to get a verbal confirmation of the major difference(s).
