Hi Scott,

I have a question regarding a report from Call to Action, when adding it on an existing dashboard report returns no values and can’t figure out which filter creates that issue.

Hi Scott,

I am having an issue with contacts coming into relationships (I brought this to office hours a few weeks ago too) and need some guidance on how to set up the rules appropriately based on the data available to us in SFDC. I was able to pull some SFDC reports that helped me understand the data I’m working with, but I’m lost as to how to translate that into the rules.

Hi Scott, I have a follow-up for you regarding the scorecard testing we discussed last Thursday.  We talked about ‘testing’ a numeric scheme in our sandbox.  Wanted to confirm a couple things based on what I see after applying.

Hey Scott - I’m wondering how I can set up a rule that is dependent on existing playbooks.

Use case - we have two types of Renewal Playbooks that triggers 60 days out, one if Auto Renewal is On and another if Auto Renewal is Off. This works okay, but when Auto-Renewal changes from On to Off (or vice versa), the second playbook launches. This means we end up with both an On and Off playbook.

I’m wondering if we can somehow close the old version of the playbook, or not assign the new playbook if the old one is still open. Since they are two separate playbooks, I’m not sure the best option moving forward. Looking forward to discussing with you - thanks!
