Hi Scott! 

I have a question about setting up a bionic rule or maybe real-time rule that counts year to date service now tickets and compares it to a weekly year to date service now ticket target., the year to date target will change from week to week till we reach week 52.

Hi Scott.  Need your assistance understanding a JO Survey model - Reminder email issue we experienced this week.  Reminder Emails weren’t sent as we expected them to be.

Case 1

  1. Reminder emails not sent, marked as Closed instead.

 

  1. Conditional Wait configuration:

 

Case 2

  1. 11 Reminder Emails sent, 290 marked as Closed that should also have received a Reminder Email.

Need help figuring out the results of a CTA rule,  the results should be static as there were no changes in between runs, however, each time it runs it says it is updating records.

Do you have to have renewal center to bring in opportunities or can I bring them in through the SFDC connector to have csms update a few fields on the opp level?
