Hi Scott,

 

Due to a company domain change, we have some users that have 2 accounts in Gainsight (domain 1 and domain 2). Unfortunately, these accounts have the same Salesforce ID. The secondary account is an issue because reporting employees can get misaligned and both accounts appear in Gainsight dashboard searches. Given that I can’t delete the secondary account and inactivation doesn’t work long-term, is there another way to manage the unused accounts?


Hey Scott - Have a question about a CTA report.


I’m seeing a weird thing with my user table where the “Name” field is being populated mostly wrong. All the other fields (including First Name and Last Name) appear to be correct, but “Name” is not. I tried unmapping it in the Connector job, but that didn’t fix it. Would like to troubleshoot if possible. I’ll probably be on late again - maybe 3:20, 3:30 at the latest.


Hi Scott, 

I have questions about JO program. What is the best way to report on accounts that are tied to a test account (will explain more on the call) and can I remove the internal test results from the survey so it doesn’t impact the analytics?
