Hello I have couple of questions CSAT related. 

  1. Can I use the same domain to share the CSAT survey that I am using for NPS survey? 
  2. Do I have to configure multiple sections on the Survey Page? is there a benefit of configuring it this way or best practices 
  3. Also last time you mentioned that we can schedule the CSAT in JO or create Event API. We decided to do it in JO and I thought you mentioned that we can schedule it couple of times a day and I don’t see that option in the program, or I am missing smth.

I  have couple of questions in respect to the JO

Hi, I have two separate questions:

  1. Quick question about survey mapping. Basically I am adding an email template with a survey link to a playbook. I have been able to do this with Non-Anonymous surveys, but not with semi-Anonymous and Anonymous surveys. Just want to confirm which survey types this will work with. 
  2. Rule question where I am trying to load to company person for companies with Business Units. I am having trouble with the mapping because the SFDC account ID does not exist since the Business Unit accounts only exist in Gainsight
