Hey Scott - Need help with my CTA build.
Hi Scott,
We have 2 domains in use. Gong has 1 and Gainsight has another. I’ve learned that by adding a 2nd domain into Gong, we’re able to synch data into Gainsight however, we have another issue. As the primary domain in Gong is different than the one in Gainsight, the Gong Timeline entries are not editable by the meeting owner/author. I’ve been trying to assess if Gainsight offers an alias mechanism that allows the system to recognize a 2nd domain for Timeline ownership and haven’t found anything so far. I’ve also confirmed that user merge isn’t currently available which could also potentially solve the issue. I’d like to see if there is anything that i’m missing.
Hi Scott,
Trying to set up an email to include CC recipients but not sure if I’m doing it in a way that ensures only folks from the same company are actually CC’d.
Thank you!
Hi Scott, I need advice on an email alert I’m working on.
Requirement: Email the CSM and AE when accounts with a specific product set change CSM or AE ownership.
I have a “Company Audit Log” object which tracks changes to CSM and AE via real time rules, and it has a lookup field back to Company.
My products are stored in Relationship object which also has a lookup to Company.
Identifying the unique AE’s and CSM’s to be alerted is not an issue, I’ve figured that out. This piece only needs the audit log and its Company lookup.
The current challenge is this: to minimize email traffic, the email notification has an embedded analytics report that tells the CSM and AE *all* the accounts that have changed to their ownership “since yesterday”. The audit log object already has a reference to Company so no issue. Relationship has a reference to Company, but no way to tie it directly back to the audit log. It feels like the only solution here is to devise a data designer object that brings together the 3 objects for the embedded report only.
Advice?
Hi Scott, Still need Help with the Journey Orchestrator Query which is still only showing Participants for one Object.
Hey Scott -- if there’s time, I’m seeking some help with a Data Designer I’m working on. I’m looking to build out a CSM KPI dashboard that merges data across different objects. The trouble I’m running into is how to credit certain activities (Business Review logged, Opportunity Created, etc.) to a CSM even if they are no longer the CSM on the account.
Sorry we couldn’t get to yours @ryan_lehman -- bring it back on Thursday and we’ll make sure to hit it!
