Hey @spencer_engel - I need help creating a dataset in DD that is pulling from CTA and Timeline objects. I’ve got everything looking good, but the merge isn’t returning any data despite me trying all different variations of joins.

If there’s time I also need a hand with a CTA. Again, it’s already built and looks good but it’s not generating the results I’d expect.

Thanks!

Hi Scott,

I am using Gainsight Assist templates. I have created a template and added a token to look at a custom info field called CSM Calendly Link. This CSM Calendly Link field is a formula.

When I try to insert the template, all my other tokens are working as expected with the exception of the token that looks at the custom info field (does not map at all). What is that?

Hello,

I need help creating a rule to load sfdc accounts to the company object. I can’t use connector 2.0 as the rule revolves around datediff, and I can’t figure out how to do difference between trule date] and ]date field].

Hi @spencer_engel

My team is starting out with Gainsight PX and I’ve tested the templates but don’t see something that fits a specific engagement we want to run.

Ideally the engagement would:

  • Run on mobile and web
  • Be a picklist or multiple select buttons so users can select their job role
  • Have a short text answer so we can collect their email

I’d like to collect their information in app but the only option I can see right now is using a link to a forms collection tool and passing a username token so we can match up the data manually. Is there a more elegant solution here? Can you walk me through the engagement options and if there’s a way to easily get this data into gainsight px?

Looking forward to office hours!

Hi @gen.simmons - PX office hours is tomorrow at 10 a.m. CT. I think you’d have an easier time finding answers there. This office hours is CS-focused. Thanks!

By chance are you pulling the link from the CSM User field? We do the same things, and pull it from the User Profile. Under User we have a section called “Calendly Link” and map through that.

You maybe missing a Common ID to link them all together.  IE:  SFDC Account ID, or something else.
