Hi Scott, I believe I resolved the inline question from Support. The answer was that the response has to be captured via the pop up window or else it won’t recognize the response just through the inline. 

 

I wanted to see if you could show me some tips on where to start with cleaning up the rules and data coming in from Salesforce.

Hi Scott, need some help with a rule formula’s possibilities. 


Question1:  Tips and tricks for designing our first Survey Journey Orchestrator.  One potential issue is we only need 1 response per company.  I think we will need to limit the list to 1 contact per company, but would love to hear if there are other possible solutions.  

Questions 2: How to find SFDC dependencies in Gainsight.  We have 1 example where we intentionally disconnected the connection, but we can no longer see how the field is used in Object Analyzer.  Also, is there an easy way to see when fields are used in Data Designer?

Hi Scott, looking for some help on adding loading a custom field value to orphaned relationship records.  I was able to do easily for the orphaned company records but when I go to actions and load to the relationship object the fields I want to load to do not appear and I’ve checked the permissions and using the transform that contains the fields we need.


Time permitting, I’d appreciate some guidance on what I’m missing to be able to load from AO Email participants into a SFDC Campaign for the Campaign Members so we can use a Marketo related Influenced Opp Report to show the value of outreaches in monetary value.


Hi Scott,

I need some guidance in triggering a CTA with the following criteria using the Account Scorecard history Object. Use case: We want CSMs to review accounts that meet the criteria to know if they are ripe for an advocacy event

  • Overall score > 80 consistently in the last 6 months 
  • Sentiment score =90 in the last 6 months
  • No Advocacy activity created in the last 12 months.

@neekhan - what a bummer. Sorry I missed today’s office hours. Makes me re-think our inline NPS question to just having a link to the survey instead. Is that what you’re doing?

@neekhan - what a bummer. Sorry I missed today’s office hours. Makes me re-think our inline NPS question to just having a link to the survey instead. Is that what you’re doing?

 

@TurkOfAges we are trying to get a baseline of our customer base so are splitting our population of participants across 3 different journeys over the next 3 months. We figured we’d try it with the inline for this journey and then may change it to just having the link for the next round. Definitely not ideal, but I agree that the link may be better than having it in-line if it’s not capturing via that first click anyway. 

This was the response from the support ticket they investigated for me: 

“If a response is to be tracked as partially saved/partially submitted, a click has to be done on the survey page (that opens after clicking the inline questions in the email). It would get saved after 5 seconds. 
 
We have implemented this due to there are many security/network services that check for authenticity in the links in the email by clicking all/some of the links in the email received to them.
 
As a result, many wrong responses are received to the NPS question. Hence such implementation is in place now.”
