I’m launching Scorecards and I’ve just noticed that the Previous Score column is empty in the Account Scorecard History and the Unified Scorecard History objects. How do I rectify this?

Hi Spencer, I have a question about relationship persons, just want to check my understanding. Does it matter that relationship persons records are created from 2 sources: 1. on the sfdc contact object via a rule 2. from the r360 person section. We don’t delete contacts and I don’t see a need to delete relationship persons. I don’t see a concern with creating duplicates. Is there anything I’m missing? Also if time, I have  a question on scorecard history reporting or on a period over period comparison rule. 

Hello! I have had to add two filters on a DB (one for SFDC Reports and one for GS Reports) in order to get the reports to filter out properly.  Some of these reports are also built off DD, and there was an issue with it when it first came out, not sure if I may have missed something.  Can you show me the ways of the Global Filters.

How does the aggregate function Max work with String? I am trying to use this function in Data Designer and I am finding some discrepancies when I also use Max Activity Date or Max Activity ID.

Hey Spencer, We have a rule to create a milestone for NPS responses, but it’s creating duplicates and causing the rule to partially fail because the string is too long if multiple contacts respond to the survey. How do I prevent the duplicates?
