Hi Spencer,

I am working with the Data Designer and I am having an issue getting an ID to pull over to Gainsight Reports as an ID. Instead of it pulling over as an ID it is pulling over as a Text Field. I thought maybe I needed to pull over the Record ID with it because that is what I had to do in order to have “Link” fields pull over as Links instead of Text Fields, however, that did not work in this instance. 

So, overall I am just looking for some insight as to how to properly pull over an ID field as an ID field.

I’m having some contact sync issues and I’m honestly not even sure where to get started digging into the issue.  We have a lot of interesting contact relationships in salesforce which I think are potentially to blame but I can’t prove my gut instinct is accurate!  Help! :)

I have a question about how data is being stored on Gainsight’s side with the Gainsight Assist plug-in. My company requires a data retention policy to be put in place in order for us to use the tool and would like to understand where data is being stored besides in the Timeline object.

I have some Deals (Opportunities) that are not picking up the GSID, and have the Company Name blank, this not loading to the C360 properly.


What’s up Spencer!!!  I want to create a NPS report that shows NPS results of CSM led accounts vs non CSM led accounts.  Been awhile since i messed around with reports so I could use a refresher.  thanks!
