Hey Spencer,





I have a question around Journey Orchestrator and the ability to send automated emails with attached documents (report exports)





I want to be able to send a weekly overview of digital outreaches to the channel partner that is connected with that region. Ideally, I would want to attach a document (export of report) rather than embed the report as I think I will run into limitations.





Is this possible? Can I attach an excel with 1 tab (GS exported report) and 2 tabs static information (descriptions / overview)?

having trouble updaitng usage data from MDA object




Hello,





I can only join towards the latter half 4:30PM EST so hoping office hours are a 1 hour session!





I was interested in learning more about success snapshots. Is it possible to see a demo of the feature?





Use cases: We would like to use success snapshots to export information from a specific success plan (pulling data from the plan info, and the objetive CTAs) for that particular success plan.





For example if a CSM would like to do a customer round robin review with their internal team, they can export the current inormation from their success plan into success snapshots and then share that PPT with their team to discuss the account status.





Is that possible, and can you show how success snapshots can be leveraged to display PPT updates on the success plan data?

Yes, we'll definitely go an hour today - and even if through some stunning luck I come up with all the right answers for those who've joined office hours at the start time before 4:30 Eastern (hasn't happened yet), I'll still be on the bridge until 4:45 to pick up any other questions.





And I can definitely speak to Success Snapshots and including Success Plans in them.

Good to talk with you today, Steven - and glad that we've got the ability to attach a filtered-based-on-tokenized-field option for attaching a CSV tabular report.
