Hi! We are trying to build an outreach program to target customers that responded between a 6-8 on our last NPS survey.  That last survey was administered via Gainsight survey 2.0 and Gainsight PX.  When trying to generate a query to send to this list, we see a lot of participants are missing an associated SFDC Account ID.  How can we ensure the proper mapping of the account ID to the user?
